Tetramethyl Rhodamine Isothiocyanate(TRITC) is a derivative of rhodamine and is frequently paired with FITC for double labeling. TRITC conjugates are useful as a second color detection reagent with FITC. Rhodamine Labelled Secondary Antibodies label TRICT by the adoption of affinity purified antibodies and Avidin.
