Please read the following terms before placing an order from us.

1. Please find the products you wanted in our list and order to us! We will contact you by e-mail or fax as soon as possible. If Customer doesn't get the confirmation from us within 2 days, please contact us at boster@immunoleader.com.

2. Products will be shipped by Worldwide Express Mail Service (EMS) from china. The shipping cost won’t be included. If Customer does not choose EMS, we can accept your assigned forwarder and the shipping cost is changed accordingly.

3. Products will be shipped in one week after we confirmed the order. If the products is out of stock we will inform you in one week! Shipping information will be e-mailed or faxed to Customer once the order is shipped.

4. In the event where the Customer wants to amend or cancel the order received form, the Customer shall inform Boster within 3 days after the order received date; otherwise Boster will continue with standard production process and the Customer shall pay to Boster according to the schedules.

5. Customer acknowledges the uncertain nature of the Product. Boster may provide under this Agreement. Boster shall not be liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstance shall include, without limitation, typhoons, floods, other acts of nature, fires, explosions, riots, war or civil disturbance, strikes or other labor unrest, embargoes and other government actions or regulations. Boster will notify Customer as soon as possible after it becomes aware of deficiencies in Product supply. Customer shall not claim any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with Boster's failure to perform the services or provides the products for reasons beyond Boster's control as aforesaid.

6. In case customer qustioned about our package or quantity, please inform us in 3 days after the produts-receive-date. If there are some questions about the quanlity of our produts, please infrom us in 30 days after the products-receive-date. Otherwise we treat our produsts are qualified.

7. In the event of any defect in quality of Products , Customer may inform us with detailed problems. Boster 's liability to Customer for any claim relating to Products shall be limited to replacement.
